My story

straight from the heart

This is my story!

I was set on the Yoga path in 2013 and after years of consistent Hatha Yoga, I met the Ashtanga Yoga method. I became a daily practitioner immediately.

I moved forward practicing with many teachers: Petri Raisanen, Pattabhi Jois, Gabriele Severini and Susanna Finocchi to name a few.

I believe there is no separation between practice and philosophy and as a result, I started studying Sanskrit and chanting with Brahmin Lakshmisha Bhat.

In 2020 I completed the 250hrs Yoga teacher training at AYFI and in the same year I became a valuable point of reference in the teaching of Yoga in Florence as the founding director of Yoga studio Ashtanga House Firenze.

Thanks to my life partner Giacomo, a long-term and devoted practitioner of Kriya Yoga, I met the Ananda community.

We had our first trip together to Ananda Assisi in February 2025 and we keep coming to the community: in June, following my Guruji, I took the discepleship.

Life to me is the perfect balance of consciousness and expansion.

Currently I am dedicated  to the private teaching, offering on-site private Yoga classes and sessions at villas and resorts, to enhance foreign travelers’ stays in Tuscany and Umbria

In summertime, I actively collaborate with Yoga&Vela, organizing Yoga retreats on sailing boats.

Because of over 10 years of practice and teaching experience to a vast range of individuals, I have the flexibility and intuition to read every single scenario. Intuition is a natural talent: plus, passion and expertise make my way of teaching Yoga unique.

Through my intuition, I literally tailor on-site classes on customers’ specific needs, nurturing a deep and soothing reconnection with their whole being.

My focus is to help developing the practice in a mindful way: I aim for my students to experience Yoga as a powerful tool along their inner journey.
